This hotel was honestly exceptional from the moment we arrived (which started with a drink and lovely welcome gift). Staff were incredible and consistently went above and beyond. The hotel is quite new and this showed - the rooms were modern with incredibly comfortable beds. The location is fantastic - a very easy walk to the harbour area and great subway access to shin-kobe and Sanomiya stations. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor was great and the spa/onsen was brilliant. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Kobe!!

Clean n fresh rooms. Quiet hotel despite near kobe train station. So a breeze to travel via train even with luggages. Breakfast is average but sufficient. Lots of restaurants cafe mini mart and supermarket within 5-10mins walk. Near a big mall connected by a bridge. Convienent n yet not overly crowded area. Will stay again in kobe!

フロントスタッフを、ダイニングスタッフ共に不慣れな方が多いのかマリオットという期待を持って宿泊すると満足に値するものではなかった。 特に朝食ではお高めのビッフェスタイルであったが皿が無いカップが無いなど初めての経験。スタッフの一生懸命さは伝わるが訓練不足かと思われた。 立地等、施設コンディションもとても良く残念。

JR神戸駅地下から近くて便利なホテルです。ハーバーランドやガス燈通りも歩いてすぐなので大好きなハーバーランドの夜景を見ることができ、良かったです。部屋の窓からは山側だったので駅のホームがすぐ下に見える位で眺望は期待できないかな。 施設は大浴場が思ってたより大きくてプールの様な細長い感じですが、とても入りやすく、シャワーブースもゆとりがありゆったりしてて使いやすい。ホテル全体は改装されてるので綺麗で清潔感があり、部屋も広くてベッドの寝心地が久しぶりに良かったです。 マイナス要因は朝食ビュッフェかな。3,800円にしては他のホテルに比べて種類が少ない。他のホテルに泊まった時の無料のビュッフェに近く個性はないのが残念。スタッフの対応は悪くないです。あとはデスクに椅子がないのか不便なのと、コーヒーがインスタント。総合的には使いやすいホテルでよかったです。リピートありかなと思います。
