Whether it was answering questions, helping with transportation, offering local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer. After long days exploring Phuket, it was the perfect place to relax. This was our first visit to Thailand, and Grand Kata VIP played a huge part in making it such an unforgettable experience. The room was super clean. Staffs are friendly. AC was never a problem. The atmosphere is very romantic especially the pool area. Love the gym equipments. We would definitely come back again. Breakfast is awesome because the fact that you so many choices. A lot!

The rooms are spotless and beautifully appointed with everything to make your stay top-rate. The Eastern decor is absolutely stunning and spot on. And the staff were wonderful and so friendly. We rented about 9 rooms for our large family vacation and these swim out rooms were amazing! There is a lovely buffet breakfast with a kind omelet lady who makes you a custom-made omelet. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Sawasdee to couples and families alike !

Lovely resort on semi private island. Very large and spread out so doesn't feel busy. Resort was fairly quiet anyway during our stay so dining areas may get busy with more guests. Several nice pools and poolside villas. Good gym and several activities available but not well advertised : paddle board, kayak, yoga, stretch, boxing. Food options a bit limited and very expensive. All inclusive offered as an option with some bookings. Complimentary speed or long boat offered to mainland.
