"This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "This is a slice of paradise. If you want a beach experience on an island with no roads, cars, motorcycles or noise, this is your place. The resort makes transportation simple. They will arrange a van to pick you up at Trang Airport to take you to the pier - takes about an hour. From there it's a 25 minute speed boat ride to the resort. Their restaurant is right on the beach - smoothies, great pizza, good Thai food, mixed drinks, you name it. We loved all of it! "

"The Reef resort was lovely as were the staff who were extremely friendly and attentive. They pride themselves on their scuba diving and beautiful reef which can be accessed using the paddle boards or kayaks which are free to use. This island is very small and underdeveloped which was our main reason for visiting, and while the Reef resort was amazing an adult only option would have been a better choice for us. If you are a family travelling with children you will not be disappointed "
