"My bathroom was FULL of knats i couldn't even bathe use the restroomor brush my teeth without killing 20 knats AWFUL...something should be done...there is an amazing decorative lamp on the wall that I could NOT use because there was no outlet close enough to plug it into..outside of that stay was okay. Breakfast was yummy staff was professional and nice...I WOULD stay again"
"Some of the people working the check in counter need training. Very slow process. Also, I never did receive the promised call telling me when my room was ready."
