"I realize bell hops are a thing of the past but when two women 65 and 88 are struggling to get bags from a car, and two able bodied young men wearing hilton ids are watching them struggle and choose to be on their phones, and do not offer to help but keep their noses in their phones, it is just rude and lacking kindness. Not a great first impression. The desk staff are all awesome. Helpful, willing to go the extra mile, fun and engaging, each one! Valet guys appear lazy, uninterested, unhelpful and preoccupied."
