Not only was this hotel pet friendly, they went above and beyond for our pets! there was food and water bowls, a baggie of treats, and a bed waiting in our room for them. the staff was amazing all around! very pleasant stay!

Stayed at this property after recently also staying in the Marriott Downtown nearby same week. This property was more comfortable. Rooms larger for the price. Hilton has a on sight resturant and Starbucks. Walkable to great dining and nightlife. Found the noise levels much better at this hotel. A good experience.

some people were fighting the night we were there but after calling and complaining I felt it was handled appropriately. we were also compensated for our troubles.

Staff were passive aggressive. The valet kept walking off to the side of building to vape strong "earthy" substance. Just not the environment or the level of professionalism expected for $475.00 for one night.

There happened to be a musical Festival that rattled our room. Our room had one of those doors that connects to another room and we could hear the other people blasting their tv as well.
We’ve stayed in Knoxville on three different occasions at three different hotels. This was the worst experience even those this hotel was closest to the strip.

I realize this can’t be helped, but the elevators were out of order when we arrived. It had been a very long day for us, so walking the stairs up and down was not my favorite. Thankfully, we are able-bodied people, and we’re only on the fifth floor
