La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville West
"Clean rooms and very nice staff!! The hotel feels a little outdated. Also, in my room, the sheer curtains in the large window was torn (large tears) and the shower curtain was torn in multiple places."

Hyatt Place Knoxville Downtown
"Check in, valet, breakfast staff were all outstanding! We didn't even use valet, but the attendant was very friendly and helpful anyway. We enjoyed the roof top restaurant, and the breakfast was also very good. We definitely plan to stay here again, next time we are in town."

Drury Inn & Suites Knoxville West
"The staff really did a terrible job with communication. The night I checked in the night host took my information down for an extra day check out. When Sunday arrived I was locked out of my room. The morning staff argued with me while I showed them I had already paid for an extra night."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Knoxville Airport
"Lovely place to stay and I particularly liked the gent who worked reception at the dinner-time shift. No one at any hotel has ever been as professionally kind and great small-talk. Wonderful person. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and within walking distance to many, many great places to eat."
