An absolutely lovely place to stay. Our family really enjoyed it.

Overall, the hotel is great; the staff are friendly, the continental breakfast was good with many choices, there was secure Ironman storage for bikes and other baggage, and the location was not far from 'green' lower cost parking. The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not impact on the really hood shower.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young lady who helped us with our bags and made us feel incredibly welcomed. She began to tell us about the history of the hotel and show us some of its rooms which were absolutely stunning due to the new owners redesigning from top to bottom. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. Absolutely beautiful and the decorations for Christmas were stunning. We loved spending time in the lounge area by the fire, the breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is in the perfect location. Would highly recommend. My ownly fault, and this isnt unique to this hotel, is that we paid an additional price for our four month son to stay (which is expected). Cannot think of one flaw and I've stayed at hotels all over the world. Beautiful hotel in a stunning location, only to be matched by the warmth of the hotel staff and the character of the rooms. Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Location was excellent right in the heart of Bruges. Room was first class, clean spacious and very comfortable. Fantastic view over the square. Staff encountered were all helpful and polite. One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. Great job.

What a find! This hotel is small and cosy and ideally situated with just a 5 minute walk from the main market square. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast had a good range with fresh pastries, continental range and also full English, and even champagne which was a lovely touch.
