"The room was clean but there was no attention to detail ( corners, dust under bed, etc), after all that's what distinguishes establishments from one another. The bathroom was always wet due to the shower design construction. No night light for kids to visit at night the bathroom. The whole room had to be lit like new years or use mobile flashlight. This is family orientated hotel/resort. Small things and attention to details are what make a champion and hotel was laking of this. Not adequate...

"Wir sind mit Hund angereist. Pro Tag werden dafür 25€ erhoben, was uns sehr viel erscheint, denn wirklich Mehraufwand für Reinigung entsteht dadurch nicht. Pro Tag werden 5€ für das parken in Rechnung erstellt, welche in dem Preis inklusive sein sollte. Sonst ist die Anlage sehr schön und der Blick auf das Meer ist sensationell. "

"Wir fanden das ganze Hotel sehr schön. auch das Personal sehr zuvorkommen und Höfflich. Auch Wünsche wurden erfüllt.! Ich glaube ich kann mir das Urteil so erlauben, da ich selber im Hotel Wesen beschäftigt bin.. Danke noch einmal an die Hotel Leitung. Kommen gern wieder.!!! "Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."
