If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much."

"Very close to Acropolis with amazing view of it. Could’ve ask for a better location in Athens. Hotel lives up to its name. Breakfast was fantastic with squeeze-your-own orange juice and great selection. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

As well, putting the hotel key on your smartphone via an app led to issues with functionality of the key.
