Klaushagen Trip

The Hotel feels like being at home; the staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are cozy and clean. The food is good. Highly recommended

Perfect location. Times Square right around the corner (half a block), Rockefeller Center within walking distance, Junior's diner and bakery across the street, along with the Broadway theaters. Taxis are constantly lined up so it's a breeze grabbing one to take you anywhere you need to go and the Hop On Hop Off bus also picks up 5 minutes away at M&M World in Times Square. Service was amazing and hotel was clean.

The room was spotless and the staff was wonderful.

I liked the proximity to Times Square, the breakfast buffet, the view, and the friendly helpfulness of staff. I did not like that there was no CNN.
