"The overall property outside was so dirty. In addition there was an infestation of mosquitoes and other bugs that could be reduced with some spraying. It was gross. Get to the room itself and the mosquitoes were everywhere. On the ceilings and walls. It took us about 20 minutes to try and kill them ..."
