Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich. Die Koffer wurden hoch- und bei der Abreise wieder heruntergetragen. Es gab kostenlos Kaffee und Tee auf der tollen Dachterrasse. "Un hotel donde te sientes como en casa. Quiero destacar la hospitalidad y amabilidad de todo su equipo, sobre todo Omer y Aynur, que fueron como una familia para mi en Mardin. Agradezco mucho su cuidado y atenciĆ³n durante toda mi estancia, que fue muy agradable y placentera gracias a ustedes. El hotel tiene la mejor ubicaciĆ³n, cerca de todos los lugares mas importantes en la vieja ciudad. La habitaciĆ³n muy comoda e impecable, todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado y una decoracion muy acorde con el estilo de la ciudad de Mardin. No puedo expresar mas que buenos comentarios de este hotel, que lo recomiendo totalmente. Cuando regrese a Mardin, difinitivamente volvere a este maravilloso hotel, Gracias Omer y Aynur, los llevarĆ© siempre en mi corazon šŸ’›"
