Das Zimmer war sehr verwohnt. Es fehlt ein Vorhang, Kühlschrank veraltet, Küche durch fehlende Utensilien nicht wirklich zu nutzen. Im Vorjahr wesentlich besser, dringend renovierungsbedürftig.

Expérience catastrophique – cambriolage en plein jour et personnel complice ? Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart'hôtel. Tout allait bien jusqu’au dernier jour. Ayant un vol tardif (22h35), nous avons demandé à garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps, ce que le personnel a accepté. Nous sommes allés bronzer à quelques mètres de l'appartement et, à notre retour, nous avons constaté un cambriolage : valise fouillée, baie vitrée ouverte (jamais utilisée), argent liquide, papiers d’identité, cartes bancaires et baskets volés. Le plus choquant : aucune réaction du personnel. Il a fallu INSISTER pour qu'ils appellent la police. Le "policier" est arrivé en me faisant un "high five" a inspecté les lieux sans sérieux, et a fini par "nous blâmer" pour le vol. Impossible d’obtenir une attestation de vol car il fallait soi-disant "attendre une enquête". Nous avons dû partir sans justificatif. En creusant, nous avons découvert que d’autres voyageurs ont subi des vols similaires dans ce même hôtel, avec les mêmes comportements suspects du personnel. Rien de cela n’apparaît clairement sur les avis du site, ce qui est extrêmement inquiétant. Aucun soutien, aucune sécurité, aucune responsabilité. Hôtel à fuir absolument. Expédia devrait cesser de le proposer tant que ces problèmes graves ne sont pas pris en charge. Si vous tenez à vos affaires et à votre tranquillité, passez votre chemin. Je ne peux pas plus détailler avec d'autres arguments car le nb de caractère est limité..
