Accommodating environment. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Delicious food.

Best hotel we ever stayed in, in a ski resort. Incredible level of friendliness and customer service and attention to detail from the staff, perfect facilities, food superb. Will definitely be recommending to others and returning again in the future, awesome.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The food also was very good and nothing was too much trouble.

Location was perfect the staff very polite and helpful and the breakfast was lovely

Yes, the receptionist was a bit surprised when I pointed at a photo of the original building and told her that I had stayed at the 'old' Schweizerhof back in 1982. Much has changed since them when it comes to the building but I'm pleased to say that the old fashioned standards of great hospitality and nothing is too much trouble are as good as ever. Discreet, courteous service all round. Breakfast was excellent and room comfortable. Highly recommend

Fantastic hotel staff very friendly rooms great all round great stay

Fantastic rooms, pool, very good breakfast

Easy to find, plenty of parking, friendly and quick check-in eith a lovely, comfortable room. The dinner buffet was really good!

This is a large and very comfortable hotel in the traditional style but much enlarged over the years. The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. The room was large and comfortable and the extensive spa facilities were outstanding. Breakfast and Dinner were a highlight - some of the best we have found in Austria. Very high quality ingredients - the lamb was...

Brilliant hotel, great location and staff were very good. Breakfast very nice but I would avoid the evening meals, much better options in town

It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which...

One word FANTASTIC!! Thank you to all the staff that made my stay truly perfect...
