"Kibayo made me remember the times I use to stay in my grandparents country side in the Dominican Republic, Ramona was the best service and the young lady after Ramona I forgot her name . But Kibayo is a place to relax and if you want to experience the quitenes and nature and fun activities Kibayo is it. "The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. I'd rate this a 2 star hotel and likely will not return to this hotel next time."
