The walking path located at the back of the hotel was an nice 'extra'....like walking through the woods with a pond & ducks, and lots of birds chirping in the trees! So relaxing... The staff was amazing...friendly and accommodating! (The only thing that we might complain about was the 'thin' bathroom tissue! LOL) We hope to visit again in the future!

Loved this hotel and definitely will be back. All staff was friendly and happy. Breakfast was very basic but perfect. Large large lots and super convenient area to stay in. So clean and quiet.

I always love staying at Homewood Suites because of the extra space and I wasn't disappointed at this hotel. The studio King suite was lovely. Quite tired though. Bed was sagging on one side and the wallpaper in the bathroom was taped up. The worst thing was the door to the room. It was paper thin. I was woken up both mornings just after 5:30 a.m. by people talking in the hall and the slamming of doors. I guess if I had stayed in a one-bedroom suite I would have had an extra door to block the sound but I have stayed in many hotels and never experienced anything like this. Breakfast was pretty standard and there was lots of parking. The hotel was very convenient to the St. Jacob's market, Jack's restaurant, the Playhouse Theater, the antique stores and the outlet mall.

We stayed 1 night at this property. Check in was super smooth and fast ! We attended a play at the Playhouse which was very conveniently located directly across the street. In the morning we woke up breakfast was complementary, and then we proceeded to make our way to the St Jacobs market, which was within walking distance.

We liked the room with the kitchen suite and having a full size fridge was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, the view was nothing to write home about. The incredibly annoying detriment to a great stay was the wake up call received at 5:30 am on both mornings on a two day stay. Even though after the first night, we reported this to the front desk receptionist. All you really want is a comfy bed, a hot shower and a good night's sleep.

The lobby has been renovated, but the hallways and room decor are dated. My room was large and bed comfortable. Most of the lights wouldnt turn on, but the.vanity had a bright light around the mirror which helped. The hair dryers was terrible and after 2 overheated i gave up. The breakfast is your typical buffer eggs/bacon, and breads etc, nothing fresh/fancy, but free.

Great place to stay, I loved the suites size, cleanliness and above all, the great customer service. There is nothing they missed so you can comfortably stay. Unfortunately this area is not very pedestrian or public transportation friendly.

Very pleased with the cleaning staff. They are highly efficient and they kept the place very clean. They were very polite. One concierge was not as courteous and well mannered as I expected at the time of our check-in. Sure enough she already knew our room and many others were still unavailable until 5:00PM due to a big event in the area. Perhaps she got a lot of complaints. Regardless the concierge staff should not show their frustration as guests arrive to check in. The other Asian lady we dealt with at 5:00PM was very apologetic and polite. This is what we expect from the Hilton chain of hotels. On check out, this same lady still seemed so stressed and annoyed probably as she expects another influx of guests arriving for the same event. Otherwise, we like the hotel and its convenience with Walmart right at the corner. Our suite was immaculate, comfortable and quiet.

We arrived on time for our check in ,but the room was not ready. We waited 30 mins for our room , after a long day moving my daughter all we wanted is to take a shower and chill before we had to go for dinner. The staff was great and the mgr came over and apologized and gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

Well, avg rooms, decent emenities. The staff was absolutely abysmal...solely as a result of one east asian lobbyist with some sort of a god complex, and absolutely no regard for the enjoyment of your stay... After my first night, in which my checkin was confirmed by a lovely slightly elder, heavy set woman with a beautiful smile, and a wonderful attitude....that was the end of any competence. "Service" became, a group of incompetent and confused women, with opposing policy regarding WATER. I was told by the 2 other seemingly decent women that i could have water bottles.....i couldnt actually believe my ears at first.... i have a kidney condition...however, the "headmaster" with acrylic nails, will ruin every aspect of your stay. She holds court over the lobby apparently, and certainly results in your stay to feel more like a relaxing white collar stint in jail, than a tranquil stay at a hotel. I was 15min late to checkout....i was called about 3 times. If you see the fair skinned, acrylic nail having, east asian appearing woman behind the lobby desk. RUN. I switched my stay to the hotel directly next door....seriously the worst experience ive ever had at a hotel.

The beds were uncomfortable. There was not enough blankets and the fans wouldn’t shut off even when thermostat was switched to off so we frozen and slept horribly.
