Kitasoma District Trip

The property was in a very busy part of town, think Times Square if you're familiar with NYC. Lots to do and see around the hotel but a bit crazy. The hotel itself was nice. I enjoyed their lounge area but was disappointed to find we could not go out on the Godzilla deck. For some reason it was closed. Still, the staff was friendly and the lounge offered a nice place to meet up with our other travelers. The room was small but adequate with a cool view of the city at night. Like other hotels we stayed in, they didn't offer room cleaning unless requested and then its a full removal of all sheets and towels. I wish they would offer someone to just come in and make the bed, as someone who always has to do that, I expect when I'm paying for a room that it will be done.

Convenient location! Steps to the Yamanote line, and steps to the Metro (Daimon station) so that is great, but especially for easy access to the Haneda airport monorail. The Hamamatsucho stop on the monorail is the connecting station between JR line and the monorail so it’s essentially the starting point to the airport via monorail - an easy 17 min away from Haneda. Having a washer dryer in room was the other big reason I booked this property, and despite being right beside the train tracks, we did not hear anything at night. The property is brand new so everything was clean and modern and beautiful inside. The only small downside, is that there isn’t too much around the property in terms of restaurants / shopping / cafes. We admittedly didn’t explore too much as we were only there one night; after spending 8 days in Japan and 7 days in Vietnam, this was our stay back in Japan prior to flying home. All in all, a lovely stay and great value for the large room, in room conveniences and ease of transfer to Haneda.

No improvement needed

The staff were very wonderful and helpful. We had a bathroom incident on our 2nd to last day due to the bathtub not draining but we were able to get another room and apologized for the trouble. The snacks and beverages were incredible

Clean, friendly staff, onsite laundry was great. Room and shower were small. Breakfast was ok.
