The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)

If you need a place to sleep near yhe train station at a value, but not too much more, this could be a place. Seemingly limited facilities and dining on the premises. But a nice breakfast included. There was rice, teri hamburger patties, chicken, pickled vegetables, Miso soup, cabbage salad, macaroni salad, fresh cherry tomatoes, kimpira, tea, coffee, juice, and water.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Kokura Station entfernt und ist daher gut zu erreichen. Es hat alles gepasst. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.
