My room was located at the corner and wider than I expected. I was impressed by the restaurant for the breakfast. It was stylish and had many food choices including Japanese and western. I wished it had had a bathtub in the room.

Very convenient located nearby metro station. Also nice little restaurants in area. For marathoners. Very easy to go to start and also close by enough to even walk from finish to the hotel. (Or take 2 stops) in any case great to do a shakeout run from hotel ..then to imperial palace rounds and back about 7km. Sport shops are all nearby. Staff extremely friendly. Room is nice, clean and Japan ryokan touch. Making reservation for a taxi is however ¥1000 . Which should be service. The relaxing room was occupied by other guests way too long. They should make it a time slot of 2 sessions. Tea ceremony was just a nice touch. There is no ATM at hotel and also no wine available in vending machine. The beer option was ok. Breakfast buffet is very complete and tasteful. Expensive (about $24) in comparison with what eating out cost.
Overall excellent hotel experience. Definitely recommend

Room was clean
Complimentary Slippers, robe, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and bottle water in the room was a nice touch.
Standard electrical outlet to charge phone
Bathroom was clean but a bit small
Small refrigerator, coffee maker and teapot
Staff was helpful
Located across the street from Train stop
7-Eleven and Family Mart only steps away HND Airport about 20 mins via train.
Cons:
No closet but couple of hooks and hangers
Ice machine on one floor only
Microwave on the lobby level only
No iron or iron board
