Apartment was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely. Less than 25 minutes walk to sea front.

Niki and all the staff were super-helpful and welcoming, without being intrusive. They kept asking if I needed anything, but everything you could expect from such a place was already there. My room (apartment) was lovely, so nice to have a sofa and couch to sit on! And a balcony to watch over the town square.

value for money

The Renieris Hotel is perfectly located, super clean and a very well organised, friendly hotel, perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday close to Chania. The rooms are very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean by a lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. There is a choice of mountain or sea view, all the rooms have balconies, perfect to sit and read or to watch the amazing sunsets. If you are a nature lover then the country walks from behind the hotel are not to be missed. A...

Friendly staff, lovely room with comfy beds, all round very clean, lovely food!

Blue Horizon is in my favorite location in Palaiochora, overlooking the sandy beach. It is in a quiet position only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants in the busy part of town. An brilliant extra that comes with the room is that you can use the sunbed and umbrellas on the beach opposite. The rooms are immaculate with gorgeous balconies looking out to sea. All the beds were really comfy and adult sized, even though we used the sofa bed and another extra bed. The staff were...

Very helpful staff.

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

Very highly recommond this hotel. We had a wonderful time, fantastic location opening directly to the old port antica, recently refurbished rooms, brilliant staff and service.

Hotel was great and room was a good size for a family of four. Breakfast was good. It was great value and a perfect location to explore Chania. If arriving by car it isn’t well sign posted from the road and the entrance is down a very pretty alley.

Lovely check in staff. Bright, spacious clean rooms. Friendly staff throughout. Great quiet area. Will be back
