"Actually the most convenient location if you’re doing a layover. It’s basically connected to the airport. Rooms are fairly big. The gym looked pretty clean. There’s not much of a staff. It’s a lot of self check-in, but it was fine. I didn’t really want to talk to anyone late at night anyways while checking in."

"The staff was great, especially Faye, who helped us with bus and train schedule. The staff also accommodated us by checking us in early as we arrived at the Clarion long before our check in time. We were very appreciative of that. I would definitely stay there again And recommend it to anyone needing somewhere nice to stay. Breakfast was ok.my only issue is the cleaning staff did not clean our rooms on the second day. Overall everything else was great. Thanks Clarion the day and afternoon front desk staff, great customer service."

"The hotel is great as it is basically at the main train station in the city centre. On the first night our bathroom flooded as the shower didn’t drain properly. As it was late we didn’t change rooms but in the morning while we went for breakfast the housekeeping staff sorted it out for us. The reception staff were very apologetic and helpful. Once that minor issue was resolved the rest of the stay was great. I had stayed before a couple of years ago so I knew the hotel breakfast was brilliant and caters for vegans and gluten free diets with a big selection. It had changed slightly since my last visit, the most annoying thing was that the labels have changed and it was hard to find out what the letters on the food meant. Otherwise it was great. Despite the hotel being very full, the breakfast went on for long enough and in a big enough space to accommodate guests with nothing running out as everything was constantly replenished. I know I’ll visit Helsinki again and would definitely stay here again."
