"Comfortable, great service, close to airport (carry directions in case your driver can't find the location). Only issue we had was gate was locked when we returned late. We were able to quickly notify staff who came and unocked it. But it did take us by surprise."

"Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."

"Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed. "
