"Expect basic beach bungalows, but nicely done with nice bar and restaurant with pool table. Friendly people. Boat trip was great. Be aware that beach is not a good swimming beach as it's very shallow and not a massive beachfront."

Can hire scooter, get a tuk tuk, water activities etc. Lots of places nearby to eat/drink. No hassling from any hawkers and staff very easygoing. "

"Our villa was wonderful, large spacious room. The staff came twice to our villa to carry out housekeeping. The Royal Sands Koh Rong certainly has an eye for detail and think of everything a traveller needs. We are very glad we stayed here. Special mention to Kean and Sela who were amazingly welcoming and assisted with all our various queries. Sela booked us a car to pick us up from Sihanoukville pier to our hotel. The Royal Sands made our stay on Koh Rong perfect!"

"We traveled all the way from America to stay at Full Moon Island Resort, and it exceeded every expectation we had. We stayed in the King Villa, and it was absolutely exquisite. The Khmer architecture felt like something out of a dream, and every detail of the villa was stunning. We originally booked this stay for the beauty of the villa, but what truly made it unforgettable was the people and the heart of the resort itself. Vila went above and beyond to make every part of our stay enjoyable and memorable. He was always available, quick to respond to anything we needed, and even surprised us with a birthday cake, which meant so much. As an added bonus, he took us to nearby King Island, showed us around, and helped us truly experience everything that tiny island has to offer. He is a true international treasure, and we feel incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with him. Every single member of the staff at Full Moon was kind, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel like family. My mom and I mentioned that we really wanted to try fish amok, and one evening they surprised us by preparing it for dinner. The chef did an absolutely phenomenal job. It was quite literally the best meal of my life. And honestly, all of the food throughout our stay was wonderful. "Best location on Koh Touch beach. We had no.19 wooden detached bungalow right at the front with garden and sea views. Beach area was cleaned every morning and plenty of sun beds. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a great stay. "

The only negative was the desk staff didn’t seem as friendly as the rest of the staff not sure if they were having a bad week or just not as friendly. "
