" Tge Weather was good since i arrived to Cairo the service was good nice people even the room wes big and clean the breakfast was so so can feed only kids not for enagh for adults the only problem i find the location for the appartment even tge address you guy's add it in the location its wong take me like 1 hour to get there its very complicated you should put a right address so other tgen that everything was good "

Despite the noise from the new subway line construction Mr Keroloss upgraded our room to a quieter part of the hotel free of charge. "What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."
