"Some employees were quite helpful. Others, like one at the reception told me “we do not provide that service” when i requested a fan in my room. He refused to take it to my room and instead pointed at a fan and said you can take that one. There is no A/C in any of the rooms, which isn’t nice when you’re in 36 C heat with humidity. "The hotel experience was great, room super clean and comfortable, the only issue I had, was, I booked my hotel through Expedia and I include breakfast options on my reservation and payment, when I was doing my check out, the lady at the from Desk, told me that I need to pay for my breakfast, I mentioned, that I booked and paid it when I booked online, because that is what O so, every time I have that option, but it was in vain, I guess the money I paid was include as a room payment, that mean, that I pay a higher room fee per night, so, make sure you have your reservation clear, because they are no to polite. But, like I mentioned before, the hotel is excellent, breakfast is great, location is super, and 14 minutes walk from Train Station. Not polite, and have your reservation and payment clear."
