"My husband and I stayed here during our two week trip through Scotland from the United States. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, as you can walk to the downtown and all the shopping and restaurants very easily. We appreciated having the bar and breakfast right within the location itself. Excellent breakfast choices! The only downside that we found, was that the room was incredibly hot since the outdoor temperatures were in the 60s all week. We also found that there was a little bit of rust in the water when we first turned the faucet on. That cleared up after I use it. Overall, this is a very, very nice place to stay!"

Highly recommend the spa treatments, great service. The only issue we had was our room was extremely warm, couldn't open the windows as the window frames had been freshly painted making it impossible to open the windows!"
