"Location was convenient."

"Hotel was great but this was my least favourite of my stay in Japan. Style over substance came to mind. Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"

"Wow. Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, spectacular views. We ate shibu shibu at the restaurant on the 52nd floor, delicious and again, what a view! There is a Lawsons on the 2nd floor that’s open 24hrs and has everything you could need. Surprising good food there as well. The room was absolutely beautiful, corner room with views facing North to Osaka and East to Kobe. Getting to the airport in the morning was super convenient on the comfortable shuttle bus but it looked like the train station was right by the hotel as well and headed straight out to the airport. This hotel alone made me decide that if I return to Japan I will plan to arrive via Osaka."

"we’re arrived late night at the KIX. I messaged them before we arrived. The staff responded right away. All the staff are very friendly. The location is very convenient. Only 9 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Also Namba Station just down stairs."

"Unfortunately I cannot give this property 5 stars as their elevators were abysmal. This has nothing to do with how busy the property was but because of a poorly designed, inefficient system. Waits for the elevators reached 20 minutes at some point, a building with 9 elevators available. Truly terrible."
