French cuisine at its best with kind and friendly staff...

Unmissable! You're going to Japan make this journey. Accessible via trains from Osaka and Kyoto. The best place we've ever stayed. You won't regret it. We luggage stored our suitcase and packed an overnight bag for ease.

Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. You can see the property is well kept and cared for. I will certainly stay here again without any hesitation on my next visit and stay in Kobe. The room was huge, especially by Japanese standards. Traditional Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious. Massage chairs are a nice touch—very relaxing and a quiet environment.

Clean room, excellent size for 3 people.

Excellent value for money. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Kobe Port. For the price, the quality of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kobe.

A great stay and very helpful staff

Food amazing. Room amazing forest views. Onsen cool too

Everything was excellent. The bathroom was slightly dated but most functional and clean. Customer service can't be beaten I would strongly recommend.

Breakfast was good clean hotel nice staff and good pool

I stayed here because of the unimpeded view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. It did not disappoint. Recently refurbished, the hotel is extremely luxurious for the price. Take the breakfast buffet option. There is an abundance to choose from and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff provided amazing service, and the lake view was stunning. The room was spacious with enough room to open at least three large suitcases. The bed was comfy, with good amenities; I must mention the high quality hairdryer. Although the bathroom is a bit old, it is still very clean and equipped with everything you need.

Very nice surroundings and friendly staff. The bathroom is a bit outdated but very tidy.
