The manager was friendly and helpful when the hot water tap didn't get hot. He stressed it was a seasonal operation and they were shutting down at the end of October. It was a cool night 3C.
The room was cold and we had to crank up the baseboard heater to full to get it warm enough. The bathroom was ice cold. Could not take a shower as the floors were too cold. Perhaps in the warmer months this property would suffice.
