"Enjoyed 3 nights here in July 2025. The location is great - a quiet spot at the head of the Teign with river and countryside views, plenty of bird life on the mud flats and reeds. It’s a short drive into Teignmouth or Sheldon and not far to other resorts such as Dawlish, Torquay, Babbacombe and Paignton. ..."

"Directly across the road from Exeter Central Station. Very friendly staff. A floor-standing fan in the room that was very welcome. A good selection of hot & cold food at the buffet breakfast. Luggage storage before and after check-in/out."
