"This hotel has a policy of not checking in visitors who live within a 60 radius. A family who came to Kingsport for a graduation, was turned away. This should be mentioned on their website. "

"The property is undergoing "rejuvenation "....the outside is a mess with various odd jobs occuring. The front desk has no clue as to what room we were assigned to. The worse hotel experience of my life. We had two nights prepaid.. Left as soon as we could get out after the first night. The front desk could not give me a receipt because they had two different names registered in the room we were in..could not find our name in the computer. They should be closed down."
