"Reception staff were rude we travelled for 6.5 hrs & arrived about midnight & it was almost too much trouble for the receptionist to talk to us & check us in. I asked where we could park as the hotel car park which was a free for all was totally packed & cut in half as scaffolding was all over the ..."

"Great location. Lovely room. Slight issues with the arrival because of the app but this was handled well/with ease. We struggled a bit with the air conditioning- it was very hot and it wasn’t immediately clear how this worked. Overall though a very good stay."
