"I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out. Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items in the refrigerator, hair in the tub, and hair all over the bathroom door like someone had just blow-dried their hair. One of the toilets didn’t even flush. When you’re traveling with kids, basic cleanliness is the bare minimum you expect from a hotel. We barely stayed two hours before deciding it was better to leave than keep our family in rooms that looked like housekeeping skipped them completely. Definitely not the experience I expected when booking two rooms."

"If you just need somewhere to stay then that’s what you’ll find. The toilet leaked the floor was sticky. The bed was crooked. The microwave was outside the room, but what would I expect because it’s a truck stop style sleeping arrangement. However, the staff was friendly and prompt. When you asked them to clean something or provide something, they were just as prompt. It’s difficult to provide a great experience in structure that needs to be remodeled, so kudos to the staff and thank you for doing the best with what you had to deal with. To the ownership, I suggest you go get a loan against the value of the property and start renovating because you’re only providing the most basic necessity for someone to sleep. Use the bathroom, shower and quickly leave the premises."

"Breakfast was pathetic. No fruit, no yogurt, no protein...only cereal, oatmeal, toast and waffles. Only coffee or orange juice to drink...the other options were out. I was on the 3rd floor, and it was so noisey. Kids were running up and down the hallway. No carpet in the hallway, so it was quite loud. It seems people live there long term...bbq grills out back along the property fence, spousal arguements and banging on doors, people outside smoking at all hours while playing their car music very loud at 3am. You get what you pay for. The room was nice and clean, the front desk clerk lacked an ability to smile. The breakfast lady walked in the door at 7:01...breakfast was supposed to start at 7am. I will choose another option next time I am in town."

"The staff was very nice at check-in. When getting into the room, the hallways were dim, unclean, and loud music was playing that you could hear throughout the hallway once inside the room there was urine in the toilet. The floors were dirty. The bed was not made, and the lamp shade was broken when attempting to call the front desk about these conditions the phone didn’t work as well."
