"Upon arrival into TPA, the shuttle bus was requested using a courtesy phone in the airport (as it was late). It arrived quickly and was easy to find. The hotel check in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, large and quiet, even though the hotel was so close to the airport and full of a travelling teenage football team! Upon checkout I was able to use the pool area (small but efficient) and they held my luggage for me. The hotel exterior could do with an upgrade but for a convenient night near TPA this is an excellent choice"

I really can’t say enough about how kind and helpful and patient they were in finding solutions to any problems and making certain that all hotel guests’ needs were anticipated and that guests were made to feel at home! The housekeeping staff were also incredible—a small issue with the room refrigerator was fixed in under 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet was generous and they even customized some items to meet our group’s tastes. Truly amazing value for this price point and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the U.S.! I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Tampa! "
