"A great experience"

"Great place"

"Very neat cozy place tucked into a quiet yet convenient community close to KIX. Great for budget travelers! Wish I had time to visit the local onsen just a block away. "

"Accommodations are basic and a bit rundown. However, affordable dog friendly places to stay are limited, so we really appreciate Kaikeibo for providing us with this important option. It was an easy drive to Kansai Airport too."

"Was an easy place to get to! Everything was organized and clean. Close to a train station as well. Recommend for people who are traveling with 2-4 people."

"Owner was very kind and helpful."

"館内はとても綺麗だったが、他部屋の音や話し声が気になった。"

"Great property to stay at, our family chose to stay here to be close to the airport train when returning to Australia. "

"Great value and great people, I’d definitely stay again! "

"The host was lovely and very helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful area. The air conditioning worked great as well. Highly recommended!"

"It was a great stay in a good location. The bedroom was a good size, and they provided everything you need to stay. I didn't have any issues at any point, and they told me everything I need to know in their messages. The only possible flaw is that no staff stays there, so if there was an issue it may take time for it be resolved."

"Thank you for the stay at ABC Guesthouse. I had a great time and it was a pleasure to stay here."

"The room was cozy, unique, and quiet. The staff was efficient with any accommodations and it was quite affordable. I truly felt comfortable staying at this place."
