"On arrival we were given a room that had not be serviced. New room was clean and A/C worked well. However there was no teatowel and the bed frame was broken. On wanting to leave early the next morning, the electronic key would not open exit gate and I had to find my way out through a staff service gate and get my vehicle out via the entrance gate. This would work with the electronic pass key."

"Clean room, excellent king bed with a wonderful mattress (just on the hard side). The apartment was wide enough for both of us. The open air shower is a plus! Missed the pools (personal reasons) Friendly staff."

"Nice hotel and gardens . Staff were friendly. Restaurant was good. Coffee was hit and miss. Room was not serviced for my intire 6 night stay.. not sure why . Excellent location. Will be back 😀"
