"Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead."

"The staff don't speak much English, but luckily Sinh is there—he speaks English perfectly and helps you with everything. I highly recommend using the 30-minute free massage and adding a 90-minute session with Chin. It was the best massage experience I’ve ever had; she is very thorough and doesn't miss a single muscle. The hot swimming pool is great at night, and I loved taking a fresh dip in the morning after a bike ride through the rice fields next to the hotel. The restaurant is great, and the breakfast offers a large selection of both Western and Vietnamese food. I had a mountain-view room, but it seems all rooms have a view (some overlook the pool in the foreground, others the spa roof). Definitely a great choice!"

"Overall nice place to stay, however, be aware that the location is quite remote and you will need transportation to go anywhere. The staff were lovely and the food was home cooked and excellent. Some of the best food we have had in Vietnam. The drinks menu was very limited. Just beer really. There is no bar. Our room was lovely, but it was very dark inside. We couldn’t actually see much whilst getting ready in the evening. Also, the water pressure was so low that we couldn’t use the beautiful bath that was in our room or have a shower one evening, as there was only a trickle of water coming out. I don’t want to be negative about those things, but they do need rectifying for the price you are paying. The pool was nice."
