Easy 5/5. Super friendly and helpful staff and cozy property. Outdoor pool was warm during the snow storm and the large indoor hot tub was great. Would stay again for sure.

The property has a nice Irish pub on location, unfortunately it was not open on the Tuesday evening I was there, check hours, it appears closed Monday and Tuesday

The rooms and property are outdated, small, understaffed, and dirty - they look nothing like they’re pictured on the Expedia website. We ended up leaving the property within 20 minutes upon our arrival and booked another hotel in the local area, forfeiting the entire amount paid to the summit lodge. The woman at the front desk didn’t seemed bothered by the fact we handed the keys back after explaining our concerns. I suspect this must be a regular occurrence at the summit lodge since no one from management ever tried reaching out to us. STAY AWAY from the summit lodge if you expect basic cleanliness and amenities.

OLD rooms! Our tub had a hole in it, and the plug for the wall outlet to charge out phones kept falling out. Our actual room lost power for some strange reason, the TV was about 19" and hard to see from the bed. The rooms still use actual physical keys! The walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation all around you The furniture and trim boards and carpents need to be replaced.

Erik,I'm sorry to hear the Summit Lodge was not for you. Please note, I did some investigating and the bathtub does have a chip in the enamel, but does not have a hole in it. It has been added to the maintenance schedule to be repaired. We appreciate feedback and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Stayed with my kids on a 4-night ski trip to Killington. Pros: Hot tub, pool, breakfast, safe, clean, charming, on sight pub, library, game room. Cons: No shuttle to Killington comes to the property, no microwave or coffee maker in the room, no early check-in.

This is a great family friendly option if looking to stay near Killington. It's a quick drive to the mountain base each morning. Lots of room in the common areas to play games or cards or just sit by the fire and chat. Pub serves dinner and drinks. Kids liked the indoor hot tub.

Post-Ski Relaxation
We absolutely loved our stay at Summit Lodge and will be back in the future! The cozy fireplaces, welcoming atmosphere, and hot tub next to the pub made for a relaxing ski weekend experience. Thank you to the kind desk staff!

This is an older property, but with a lot of wonderful history. So many throwback details. Wonderful game room, library, bar and dining area. Comfortable and cozy. Staff excellent, responsive and so helpful. The rooms were clean, dated but very suitable. This was a ski trip and location was very handy to Killington. We did not dine there. Had a drink in the bar which was very nice. Continental breakfast was included, and very adequate.

We thought everything was great except one thing! (and that one thing would be a dealbreaker for us in returning). The BEDS! They were so uncomfortable ?? We stayed in room 16. Ty for a lovely stay. Loved the bar and game room. Superb spot except for beds.

I'll make sure to move those beds to a higher replacement priority level. I only wish you would have said something when you were here, we might have been able to move you. Very nice Ski resort property with quaint bars, fireplaces, hot tub and ambiance. Poor insulation between rooms allowed for you to hear tvs and conversations from neighboring rooms, but otherwise it offered a nice retreat.

Solid spot right off the access road!
We always have a good time there. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The hot tub and pool are always clean and it's convenient having the bar area so close to them. Breakfast selection could use a little more variety but well worth the price!

Hidden gem
The pool and hot tub were great, got to go in at night and in the morning . Adequate breakfast. So convenient having a restaurant on site. And the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The location is only 3 miles from the K1 gondola. The room was clean but needed more lights and outlets. Plugs do not stay in the outlets and need USB ports. The matresses are a bit too soft and the cable box did not work and the TV was old. The shower pressure amd hotwater were fine.

we did not like the room’s smell. there was dead spider 🕷️ in bathroom. It took time to wait for receptionist when check in. The air-conditioning machine in my room was terrible designed/setup.
