The bed had a huge dip in it. There was discarded food in the hallway when we checked in at 3pm. It was still there the next morning at 730am when i went out for breakfast. The room was visibly dusty. Bathroom was not clean by any means and the linen was all stained yellow. Perhaps adding bleach to it would help. The staff were super kind and the foyer was cozy to play cards in.
