Beds are really really hard. Water pressure in shower was very bad and water temperature fluctuated from hot to cool to cold to scalding hot without moving the temperature. Bar staff was friendly and nice but otherwise not great.

We found the hotel despite our GPS. The staff was friendly, the food decent, and the rooms adequate. One beef: the hallways were confusing and the lift was hard to find. I'll stay here again, it was worth the price.

First time here, pleasant stay

Check-in on the Saturday night was quick and professional. My compliments to Reception. Very nice room and bathroom. As we had arrived early evening after an afternoon party decided not to eat having had a meal earlier. Bar very pleasant and warm, bar staff pleasant and attentive. Overall very enjoyable stay. Only downside was the heating in the bedroom, not warm enough.

We loved our 2-night stay at The Torc Hotel! Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable & modernly furnished. The tv had many stations. Breakfast served in the dining room had plenty of choice & my family enjoyed their meals. Having a Starbucks in the building was a bonus! Super location if visiting Killarney - very close to city (shops, restaurants, pubs, etc...). We would stay here again.

Stay was great, the hotel was extremely helpful dealing with lost luggage for my family. The only problem was the pub; we went down for a drink, apparently very near closing time, and sat in the Pub for 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to us. It would have been nice if the multiple times someone walked by they would have said "I'm sorry, we are closing".
