"チェックインは別の建物でした。 駐車場から歩いて宿泊宿まで行きました。 荷物のみ車搬送。 夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか?など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。 次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"
