"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,...

Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. "Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "
