The hotel was clean and centrally located and the staff were very helpful. The lift was out of action for the two days we stayed so only four stars.

Check in - not flixible
Everything ok - but we came approx. 15 minutes before check in - and here there was no hospitality (eg to check that the room was ready). We had to bother moving car - and subsequently dragging our luggage from external parking space back to the hotel. check in followed rules - but there was no flexibility and friendliness in relation to our situation.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sauber. Vorhänge dichten leider nicht gut ab, das Zimmer war aufgrund der Beleuchtung vor dem Fenster auch nachts sehr hell.

Positiv fand ich, dass der Check-out entfällt und man einfach gehen darf. Check-in ist jederzeit möglich, dank einem Automaten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber der Ausblick aus dem Fenster in einen Hinterhof sehr unschön. Die Hygiene war gut, bis auf die bereitgestellten Einmal- Becher. Fremdbucher (wie ich der über Expedia gebucht hat) sind offenbar nicht gern gesehen, meine Buchung musste erst händisch in der E-Mail Post im Computer gesucht werden. Auch der Hinweis, bitte künftig nicht über Fremdanbieter zu buchen, stieß bei mir nicht gerade auf Begeisterung. Wenn das nicht erwünscht ist, soll das Hotel sich bitte nicht dort listen lassen.

Im großen und ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr gut, nur manchmal kam aus dem Hinterhof laute Unterhaltungen die genervt haben.

Bra läge, ett kvarter från gågatan. Modernt hotell som var mycket tyst. Frukost kan köpas på hotellet men det finns även flera bra frukostställen i närheten. Lite svårt med parkering utan för, endast två timmar. Flera P-hus en bit i från. Perfekt boende för shopping och julmarknad.

Am meisten gestört hat es mich, dass man wirklich erst ab 15 Uhr einchecken kann. Es wurde nicht einmal geschaut ob ein Zimmer schon bezugsfertig ist. Alle Gäste mussten warten und dann gab es natürlich um 15 Uhr eine Schlange mit Wartezeit. Und als ich dann dran war, war mein Zimmer immer noch nicht bezugsfertig. Ich musste nochmal kurz warten. Das könnte man sicher besser lösen. Zimmer war dann sehr Basic. Frühstück auch sehr einfach gehalten.
