"Our family used it for a stop over for one night, but with how much there is at the hotel I kinda wish I stayed for two. There is construction going on with the tree houses being built which looking at the direction they face, they will have a fantastic view of the lake. Our room was nice and clean and it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is in an amazing old building in a really nice town. The staff are friendly, and the lobby and restaurant and modern and clean. That's where the positives end. The stairwell and rooms are more like a youth hostel, basic and in need of a serious upgrade. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are awful! Breakfast is very basic, and needs more attention as for most of the time trays were empty and people were waiting around for them to be topped up. The parking areas is small, so there's a good chance you will need to park on the street, or in the retail area opposite."

"The check in process was good, this is completed on a screen and though efficient, feels a little impersonal. |The receptionist was friendly but did not speak very good English. The room was a good size, as this faced the nearby road and car park, there was some noise from outside. The room was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed comfortable. We found the room very cold, there should be instructions next the smart panel so that guests can understand how to adjust the heating and air conditioning. Maybe the receptionist should explain this when guests check in, it would have prevented us having a very cold room all night. There was a lot of ice in the car park which made it difficult to walk with a suitcase and not fall over."

"Didn’t have the breakfast - €17 approx was too much for us. Room had no towels or toilet rolls but front desk sorted this straight away. Hotel is being refurbished in stages - no need to say we had an old room! Staff were very friendly and it is fine for a one night stop on a car tour"
