One of the wall sockets beside the desk was loose, it needs attending to; the shower room door handles were loose which also needs attending to. Britannia Hotel Birmingham’s bar and restaurant had been shut which prevented me from buying fruit juices and coffees, which was quite disappointing for such a well known and highly respected hotel group. I feel my review is fair, given what I paid for the hotel room; I had fond memories of my previous visits in the past, I hope that Britannia Hotels can reopen the bar and restaurants as the families who came to stay were forced to go elsewhere for their meals. I hear the families complain about the closed facilities, that it was costing more to go out for drinks and meals."
