The front desk staff were lovely. Compared to the last two hotels I stayed at, the receptionists greeted us with smiles. The hotel itself is old and the rooms are basic. Comfortable and clean. Wonderful environment. situated conveniently. Manager/owner should be more friendly. not helpful in obtaining info even though Google translate was used. Booking through Hotels.com was great as I would have paid much more as a walk in. Cheers
