"The front lobby is very impressive and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Unfortunately the room, while clean and comfortable is a little dated as the need for an actual old fashioned key to open the door illustrated. "

"It's a comfortable and clean hotel with lovely staff. The food is delicious, depending on your preferences, as there are many options to choose from. Getting around is easy, and taxis are readily available. We've stayed here three times in one month. It's close to the airport, and we'll definitely come back next year.👍😊"

"This is a very rundown hotel. BUT it’s so convenient to the airport (I walked through the tunnel) and had such a lovely breakfast, that I would stay again if I ever have an early flight out of Bangkok. My only complaint is that I had paid extra for a room with a city view. When I asked to confirm that this was the room I was getting, the very kind woman at the desk said something about upgrading me and I would have a room near the elevator. I didn’t realize until I got to the room that I now had a view of the pool:( I was too tired to fight it."

"Room very clean and tidy. Staff from reception and concierge helpful and polite. Shuttle bus to the airport was good for us as it fitted our schedule. However, this only runs every hour and a half. On the way to the airport we had to use Bolt to arrive. Food in the restaurant is sub-standard, also a 10% service charge for absolutely no service. We had a dirty table, no cutlery and the main meals arrived 20 minutes apart. Once you have ordered you are forgotten about, thankfully we didn’t want any other drinks. "
