"Het is waarschijnlijk de meest beroerde plek waar we ooit hebben verbleven. Men had niet op ons gerekend en was totaal niet op de hoogte van de reservering, terwijl er maanden geleden al was geboekt en betaald. De staat van onderhoud was ronduit slecht. Geen pool, veel stroom uitval, geen eten, terwijl we full board hadden geboekt. Er was enkel een keuze uit water, thee en oploskoffie. Het ontbijt bestond uit eieren en toast. "Overall good experience. Serious issues with availability of hot water. One can consider that it was not available. Heard others complaining too. You may consider it was not available during my two nights stay. One does not expect this when you are being charged 8400/-for a room."

"The property is good. However, we didn't get the rooms we booked for. We had reserved super deluxe rooms however on check-in the staff told us that's not possible and mentioned that they did not receive the booking in time from Expedia.
Since we paid for super deluxe rooms, not sure how same is gonna be accomodated for the price difference.
