When we arrived we were not so sure we had made the right decision to stay because of the surrounding area. We soon discovered that we had found a gem. Our room was comfortable and the bed a dream. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, We stayed three nights and dined there every night. The food was seriously good and in our opinion the chef is talented. If we ever return to Jaipur we will certainly return to The Royal Heritage Haveli.

Stunning hotel. Very good location. Within walking distance of the pink city. The restaurant and cafe are stunning. The pool is a little small but the rooftop is stunning to watch the sunset. The staff are amazing and the rooms are too. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The hotel feels like a sanctuary amongst the madness of Jaipur

The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. She is an asset to the hotel. The driver, Ramesh, made us feel very safe, and gave us so much information about the city...

Beautiful well maintained place craft based furnishings and home like ambience.

Beautiful property on quiet road. Bedrooms great comfortable . Nice setting to eat buffet breakfast in outside courtyard. Meals and snacks freshly cooked. Staff very friendly. Negative is surrounding area outside the hotel. We used uber to visit all the many sites.

A peaceful place away from the city chaos with beautiful palace like ambiance, clean rooms, helpful staff. Special thanks for arranging a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary celebration.

This haveli with its beautiful garden makes a perfect base to explore Jaipur.There is a roof top terrace where you can sit and read and there is the added bonus of excellent Wi-Fi and you are able to receive Western News channels through the television.The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is of relaxed friendliness.There is also the added bonus of an excellent cafe within the hotel which serves vegetarian food at a very reasonable cost.

We had the most amazing stay and sleep at the Taj Amer in Jaipur. Upon entering we were blessed with a tikka and a necklace and greeted by staff who were most helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, towels, gowns were changed everyday, everything was topped up everyday. All the staff were very polite, helpful, respectful and they always greeted guests. Calm and tranquil oasis in the new city. Beautifully decorated and kept property with great garden and pool. Spacious clean and tidy rooms. Friendly and relaxed service from all staff. Great on-site restaurant. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch. Manager booked us good value transport to the old city. Would thoroughly recommend.
