"Staff was exceptional. No central heating or cooling except for old electric heaters in disrepair. The electricity was off most of the night and hence no heaters. The entire property was poorly maintained. Wires hanging? Switch covers missing. Sugar in the room was in a bowl with no covering. Breakfast ..."
